   Wing is a fantastic hairdresser. I’ve been seeing her for several years. Originally, when she owned Snow on Kitchener road and now at her home salon, which is gorgeous. Wing got my shade of blonde just right the first time I saw her. She also puts a full head of foils in faster than any previous hair dresser I’ve seen.

   I travelled from Takanini to have my hair lightened for my wedding and WOW was it worth the drive and cost! I am blown away with what was achieved, I went to my appointment completely aware that I could end up with some very brassy tones due to having dark hair/using box dyes in the past but Wing worked some serious magic and I couldn’t be more happy with the result! Highly recommend!! Will definitely be going back for future touch ups

   I believe a 5 star rating should be known for this salon. I'm always so happy from start to finish whilst being given the best service. I have been to many hair cutters in Auckland and this was by far my best experience. I will travel long distance to have my hair enhanced by snow.

   I've been coming to Snow for 2 or so years now. My most recent visit didn't meet my expectations but the team were more than happy to resolve the issue. Highly recommend Hannah who is absolutely lovely and did a stellar job on my hair cut. Thanks!

   Hair turned out decent but not really like the photo I showed. I told the hair stylist that it was painful when she teasing my hair and she proceeded and told me that I just have to handle it which I found rude. They are also unnecessarily aggressive when drying your hair. They brush it very roughly and you can hear your hair break.. Also I asked her if she would do the underneath of my hair as it was dark and the stylist told me that she wouldn't have time for that and I need to book earlier despite the store not closing for another 3.5 hours. Not sure how much longer it would take to do the underneath but okay. Also I was charged over $300 just for half head of highlights which is the most expensive I have paid for hair coloring (and I have had great full head balayages done before for less than that) Overall kind of disappointed as their Instagram showed so many amazing transformations and I had to book 3 weeks in advance just to secure a spot.

   So many Google Reviews are placed for negative experiences. I guess it's easier to remember those over the positive. THIS review is POSITIVE! I have been coming to Snow for quite a while now. Under the leadership of the owner Wing and her small team, the level of quality is only surpassed by the consistency (of the quality) Walking into the salon I always feel warm and welcomed. The haircuts I receive under the skill of Wing often receives compliments. Price wise, for a man's haircut around Milford/Takapuna; I believe it to be fair and reasonable. Parking can be a tad challenging with various road works down side streets, therefore, I park in the Milford center. 2min walk. Easy! In Summary, I will continue to be a client for many appointments to come. New to the area or wish to try a new hairdresser? Give Snow a try!

   Beautiful salon with a great range of quality products (and tea), with lovely staff. I had my highlights done by Michelle, who did such a beautiful job!
