   They do not take heath and safety seriously. On a Sunday afternoon, they have a truck parked in an office building where lots of kids and family are riding bikes and scooters during the quiet times. They are speeding within the premise driving around for fun, making loud noises and beeping to people. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I have reported to the property managers and hope they get banned coming to this place.

   The onsite men worked well but the management of this Company leaves a lot to be desired. On the second day a different crew arrived and proceeded to wash the balconys that had been done the previous day??? Second was that we agreed to allow the bottom four balconys on the west face to be washed by crew on ladders however a resident rang your Operations Manager and got a crew on ladders to his third floor balcony. This caused a ruction amongst the remainder of residents who are waiting till we get into level two for their balconys to be washed. As noted the job is not finished yet, we are waiting till we go to level two to get the remainder of the balconys washed. Cheers Ron Cave

   What an incredible bunch of people you are. Thank you for sending three super humans to our rescue when we lost a cat 15 floors off a balcony. You were there in thirty minutes and didn’t want a cent for your time. Ryan and Jamie spent two hours trying to rescue little Remington and really cared. We haven’t give up hope but you have restored my faith in humanity. Thank you.
