My first visit there - the staff was absolutely wonderful - professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Once you figure out how to access the site (with the car) it is actually a handy location with parking too. My fussy cat just ate her first cube of possum mix, so that's a win!
Great staff Great products. Have been feeding our dogs raw essentials for 10 years and they are in amazing condition for it.
I've only been going here a week or two since I started my pets on the raw food diet. So far, the staff have been welcoming helpful, friendly, passionate, and caring for my dog and cat. And they love their new diet. It costs approximately the same as the supermarket diet they've been on for years. It's only slightly more inconvenient having to go to the store, but they're open 7 days. Highly recommend!

Honestly the staff and the quality of the food here are incredible. We have been taking our dog since he was 10 weeks old and have been helped with the process from the amazing Hina. Although always asking multiple questions on our visit Hina always has a smile on her face is super helpful. She has guided us through the process as we knew very little of how to transition, what and how much food we could give, how to transition onto bones etc. Our puppy was the smallest of the little and now at 7 months he's the biggest. The staff are extremely warming and helpful and we can't thank them all enough for everything they have done for us. 10/10 :)
Very good food for your beloved cats and dogs. Top nutrition. Highly recommend. Your pets will be healthier eating this food, compared to the processed food on offer at the supermarkets.
After experiencing ongoing issues with Bentley's skin health and multiple courses of antibiotics prescribed by the vet I was desperate to find a natural solution to heal him. Through word-of-mouth I was referred to speak with Hina at the Grey Lynn store. Hina has proven to be the most compassionate, educated and supportive person in Bentley's healing journey so far.
