   We stopped in today to enquire about storage options while we are moving house. Sam was working out of Westgate from his home branch in Papatoetoe and despite not knowing the facility well, he couldn't have been more professional and helpful. After his exceptional service we booked our units and feel confident we've made the best choice - the pricing is the best we've seen and the facility easy to navigate and secure. If Sam's customer service is an example of all the Auckland facilities, Safe Storage will be hard to beat if you're looking for secure storage options.

   Googled for a decent place to store my house hold things and seen safe store westgate pop up, saw the reviews were great and rating was great, it's a little nerve wrecking trying to find a decent storage place where it's in a safe area and if storage was clean and both of these tick the boxes . Emailed through and straight away got a response from Tyla who has been so efficient and quick with responding its been such a stressful time for me and to have Tyla be so efficient & lovely made the storage part so much easier . Went in to pay and to look at the storage and was greeted by Lynex who was such a lovely guy ,great customer service from both Tyla and Lynex .Highly recommend this storage place in westgate . Process was easy , quick and painless.

   Every lockup has it's own story that sits behind each roller door, in an all weather protected environment in a storage facility like no other. The staff are passionate about listening and supporting you. Your things are important and so are you. Safe store Westgate is a business I will keep returning to use as and when I need it.    I was finding storing my bus to be a tough decision, until I got in touch with Maria at Safe Store in Westgate. Right from the first call, she was friendly and helpful, even pointing out the competition but in doing so making it a logical decision to park my bus at her facility. The advantages, of keypad entry, cameras, security fencing and friendly staff on hand not to mention a rather new building and site, I was confident that I had made the right call. Upon leaving, due to a change with my bus and its restoration phase it was sadly time to say good bye after more than a year with Safe Store. Maria, is truly a wonderful person to deal with, will miss the chats we had or riding around the site in your Dodge Ram haha! Great facility, great staff, you are in good hands! Cheers, James :)
