“This is the best store if you want knowledgeable advice and great customer service. I first came here about 8 months ago and I was lucky to meet Marco there who spent a considerable amount of time with me, listening and giving me advice. The shoes I bought there are still my favourite and I keep coming back here for more. I honestly think that the experience helped me to become a successful runner. The store can get busy but it is because they truly care about the customers and won't try to rush you or be pushy. Athlete's Foot has the best sales among all the sports shoe stores, which is important for me because shoes can get really expensive. If you are a Parkrunner, you get extra discount too. Whenever I come here, I feel that the store's goal is not to sell me something expensive and see me out, but to keep me coming back. Great job!”

While I did not find what I was lookibg for (the product is long discontinued) the staff was very helpfull in going through the products in an attempt to find a suitable alternative. Indeed this chain seems to have tue widest variety of outdoor equipment, from what I've seen so far in Auckland.”

Additionally, on the second floor of the Atrium on Elliott Street, George Harrison has an outlet shop where stock that has not moved is available at discounts ranging up to 70%. I have also bought items from the outlet shop at fantastically reduced prices that I have wanted, but have previously been too expensive even for my extravagant taste.”
