Went in this evening to finalise pieces of a suit for a wedding. Adam served us - great help, very friendly and approachable. 5 stars!
Connor is my go to store however the two staff members on at Botany were particularly unhelpful and lacklustre in every aspect apart from trying to upsell items that I didn't need. A disappointing experience.
I have made two purchases from this upmarket store on separate occasions. Of course, I have purchased from here in the past. Have had the pleasure of receiving prompt, friendly service. The quality of the clothing items is top notch and up to date. The style & designs are pretty awesome as I am a slim-fit person. My kind of store.
I went in Thursday Late Night Shopping 05/10/23. The retail assistant with the arm tattoo's best retail assistant by farr!! Good chats was really helpful helping my partner and son told us the promo deals with the suits, looked for sizing's etc. Really apricated the patients this retail assistant had with us especially when we had difficulties with making payments due to pay wave but eventually got there. Need to have more staff especially on weekends. It amazes me such a prominent mens clothing store and they cannot process click and collect refunds online. I mean for online cancelations, they expect customers to go to the store. Let it be the same store which is appallingly. It's 2023 guys!
The best male clothing store in Australasia. Heaps in Australia but only a few in New Zealand. Clothing here is great price and fantastic quality and style.

The store sells both formal and casual attire. It's well maintained by the staff, who are friendly, and well dressed -- very apt for a clothing store of this calibre.
Shop assistant at Botany was so helpful. As she was a similar height to the person I was purchasing for she even tried on the item for me and went out of her way to load his birthday into the system so he could get a discount of shopping on that day. Fantastic service.
