We ordered a few things from here as Xmas gifts and items were quickly posted and well packaged. We did have one order cancelled due to no stock (not overly surprising at this time of year) and were refunded within a few days. Great selection of items to choose from when buying gifts
All the gear but no idea when it comes to refunds. Wouldn't recommend, I've been in store several times and rung multiple times to say that my defective shoes will get a refund. Constantly make idle promises about it, but knowear to be seen. Pretty average!!
