   Braden was absolutely amazing. I didn’t even step into the store and still received some of the best service I’ve ever had. I only called to ask about a skirt, but Braden went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They even shared their Instagram so I could compare the colours properly before choosing, which was such a thoughtful touch. I walked away not only with the perfect skirt but also feeling like I’d made a new friend.

   I had a pretty bad experience today in General Co. I spent a few hours in the store shopping and spent approx $400. Available styles were awesome, but unfortunately, the staff were not good. No proactive help, and when I did ask for something, I was made to feel inconvenient. They were 100% focused on mark downs for boxing day sales rather than helping instore customers, and when I asked why, things just got really uncomfortable and awkward (no acknowledment to the fact I had been serving myself for the last 1.5hours, just an excuse about being "hectic"). No excuses, team. I shopped around many stores, and staff were helpful, proactive, and kind.. all except this one store. Carl (and the other girl) serving me barely spoke to me and made me feel crap for having expectations as a customer that I felt like walking away from the sale completely. But - the clothes were that good, I paid, and got out of there.

   Pretty disgusted by the sale assistants here on Saturday evening. Brunette girl sitting behind the counter on her phone…?! No greeting or anything by the other Asian male sales assistant either. I came in purposefully shopping for my partner, but decided to walk out and not bother.

   Went in today with some clothing items that I needed to sort out. Service was exceptional, staff were very helpful and practical in solving an issue. Also helped me in terms of sizing with picking out another piece of clothing for my other half. Would recommend.

   I went here the other day and was served by the lovely Emma, who took really good care of mel, helping me find what I like and what suits me. I really appreciate the effort and time she put into helping me. Now I've got several different outfits and I'm thrilled!! All the rest of the staff are incredibly nice also. Highly recommend
