We had the most amazing experience when visiting Rembrandt Onehunga. The quality of the suits could only possibly be out shined by the quality of service. Tom is the most helpful, knowledgeable and considerate sales person I have ever met. His knowledge and professionalism is top class. He made our son’s first suit purchase one to remember. Tom could sell me a potato sack and I'd happily buy it lol. He didn't just help us find the perfect suit, he gave us an amazing memory. He allowed my brother to feel confident and proud in his first suit, and he made us feel important. He never rushed us, he constantly checked in on us, and he was so knowledgeable in his craft. Hands down the best customer service we've ever received. Definitely recommend!
Yesterday I went to Rembrandt Dress Mart to look for a suit, where I was helped by Thom L. Not only did Thom help me find the perfect suit, he provided an excellent service. He helped me find the right fit, explaining why he chose each recommended piece, and I could not be happier with this experience. And the suit... It's beautiful, the quality of this store is second to no one. 10/10 will definitely be coming here for my next suit purchase.

Tom is an absolute star. To have someone live and breathe suits and be so knowledgeable about it is amazing. Went to find a jacket only and ended up grabbing a full suit, shirt with shoes and a tie that was so much cheaper than I had budgeted for a jacket only. Thank you Tom .
