We are very happy with the suit we bought from Fifth Avenue. Chetan has great expertise, and he was very patient and approachable in helping us find the right suit with the right fit. We will go to Fifth Avenue again for sure.
My husband bought a stylish SIMPLE UNLINED Paul Smith jacket here. Only the sleeves are lined and unfortunately were too long and need taken up. He paid $800 and they want him to bring it back and pay another $75 to shorten the sleeves!? Seems a bit much if you ask me. In my world, tailoring would be included in a jacket at that price...especially if they want return clientele.
This place used to be good with reasonable price, visited last week to purchase a jacket, most stocks out of date and very pricy. They charged me puffer jacket $799 which I felt they ripped and robbed me because Few days later found exactly same jacket at brave store for $499( full price new stock). Never shop there again. They’ve lost a loyalty customer.
Highly recommend Fifth Ave for Menswear! Needed a shirt for my daughters wedding and being a male left it to the last minute! Jonathan was absolutely fantastic, I called in advance and he had 4 choices ready for me when I walked in. He offered me both specials and the latest stock and was even able to have adjustments made by a tailor in less than a day! I purchased an Eton white shirt with colour under the cuffs and collar - looked fantastic and felt great! Thanks Jonathan, you helped make a awesome day even better! As a business coach I couldn't help noticing how well Jonathan served me, how well the store was laid out, and how business savvy he is.
