   Recently purchased a pair of Boots from this store and called them up a few days later as I decided I wanted to swap them for a different pair. On both occasions I was served by extremely professional staff whose knowledge of Timberland products was exceptional, and who couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended this particular store if you are after any Timberland footwear.

   We visited your New market store on 08/04 aroud 4pm, after 20 mins try on , we were going to buy one boots, and one windjacket. The tall girl staff offered us free socks if we buy boots. On the payment section, i show the counter 20 dollars off first sign up code, which can also used in store, however the staff(a shorter girl), told us cant use code, as we get a free sock, which i didn't ask for it, and wasnt told it is not combined with disscount code either.  I walked away with my girlfriend without buying anything,  5 mins later, i went back, ask the short asian staff name, i need it to make a formal complaint. she refused to tell us, and keep saying we got a free socks worth 35 dollars, cant use the discount code. She is saying “basically you just take a free socks away”. Excuse me,  i just wanna use that 20 dollars off code which i been offered, i dont need free socks. I told her i can buy from other store, her poor customer service just damage the company name, and her answer literally surprised me, she said she work in Sylviapark  store as well, without any hesitation, acting like a boss. I dont know if it is only me or what, i can easily purchase online with that disscount code , that 20 minutes in store shopping experience just surprised me in bad way. The issue here is her aggressive attitude, doesn't care about customer experience at all , keep saying' what is the problem', keep interrupting me ， keep saying ' are you willing to listen'  , no smile, no humble. Hope you can fix this error as you are an industry leader, you deserve way better staff work for you. By the way that tall girl give us very good service , very patient, very professional.

   Went into Timberlands this morning. Great service and very knowledgeable. Mandy is simply the best. They were kind enough to steer me towards the mens hiking shoes, as I have generously proportioned feet. I would highly recommend going in and getting a thorough consult and fitting. Heading back in a week, when hopefully they will have my colour.

   I was taken care of by Min (hope I'm spelling your name right mate!) at your Newmarket branch. He was immensely knowledgeable, assisting through a solid 10 different try ons, entertaining, and just down right a good bloke. This lad was literally the perfect example of the ideal hospitality/retail staff member. Get that man a promotion and a coffee.
