   Worst customer service ever . I was in the shop today to buy a sweatshirt/knitwear … there was a guy at the counter who was on an ongoing conversation with someone, not sure if it was another customer as the conversation they having was nothing related to sale or purchase . Guy at the counter did not acknowledge or even had an eye contact with us. When I found which I wanted to buy from one of the tray . I was literally taking one by one to check for my size … and keeping them back as it was .. unfortunately I did not find one .. but I thought of trying one next size .. which I did .. Even after I came out of the trial room .. there was no approach from the guy at the counter .. I won’t call him a sales person .. Felt really very bad as there was no assistance. Again it is not a very big thing what had happened, but just felt bad mood after a happy shopping day with family . Which you can realise by length of the message .

   Kyoko was amazing! My partners first time buying formal/smart business wear and she made so many good recommendations. Went in only to buy 1 shirt and pants and left emptying our bank account. Guy in the sharp suit was so lovely as-well (didn’t catch his name sorry) Professional but really know what they’re talking about. Amazing guys thank you!

   This Barkers shop in Sylvia Park has the very best customer service I have come across. I had communications with 2 of the staff on different days - one on the phone and the other in person. Personable, helpful and exemplary customer service - like it should be! Thank you for all your help!

   Walked into this store to replace a pair of pants and was met by an employee who looked like she didn’t want to be there and barely offered any assistance. If it wasn’t for the excellent customer service given by Darcy I would have given 3 stars as opposed to 4 stars.

He also tailored the suit and didn’t try to upsell me on items I wasn’t sure about. Thoroughly recommended, and thankful!

I really felt looked after and in very capable hands. Highly highly recommended service that you’d only ever get in-store. Thanks for making what I thought would be a tricky process so easy for me!
