   Went in yesterday and had the best customer service experience in a clothing store in years! Was trying on a dress and Chrissie asked me if she could help. They didn't have the size I wanted to try so she rang Albany and got them to hold 2 sizes for me to try on in a few days. Absolutely seamless from start to finish. I wish I lived closer because I'd shop there again. 5 stars Chrissy!

   Hate this shop, so unfriendly. They took my brand new black jumper from me just cause I wasn't wearing it and they could see that it came from there and forgot to take the thing that connects the tag to the label off. Wouldn't go there again, definitely would like my jumper back though...
