   Found the staff member to be rude and condescending over the phone. Made a special trip to swap the size of an adidas top I had bought my daughter on sale 3 days ago to find the shop closed for refurbishing. That’s fine. I could literally see shop assistant on phone to me and shop was still in same order as previously so thought maybe she would let me do a quick swap as I know there was a larger size there however we never got that far. She said I should have known the item was on sale bc they where going to be doing a refurbishment (there prob was a sign but I didn’t see any and nobody verbally told me that at the time of purchase) so she couldn’t help me and because it’s a franchise she couldn’t say whether I’d find another size. Absolutely unhelpful and did not go out of her way in any way at all to assist me.

   The two girls working today were so helpful and friendly, I was in such a rush that I forgot to get their names! They helped me beat the traffic to a road trip where I needed new hiking shoes for me as well as my partner in a last minute rush. Thank you for being so prompt and efficient! Both pairs are super comfy and we are stoked :)
