“I recently visited BIG TIKKA and absolutely loved the experience! The food was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, the spices were well-balanced, and the rice was fluffy and aromatic. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was beautifully presented. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and elegant, making it perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. The staff were polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout.”

“Very good butter chicken and nan bread, I just found this place yesterday and have come back the following day for some more, they were very nice and had even given me more nan then I’ve asked for, would recommend there butter chicken and white rice, and there nan bread too.”

“The place is just a replica of BBQ nation outlet in India. First they serve you all the BBQ dishes (Unlimited) like Chicken, fish, prawn, pineapple and Kumara. They also serve fried fish and potato with sause. You can then go ahead and enjoy the buffet food which has Indian and continental dish (just one). Overall the experience was very amazing and great service. The food was delicious and restaurant beautiful ambient set up gives a very relaxed atmosphere while enjoy the soft music in background. But expensive but worth a try. Good for family and big groups. Try for Groupon voucher to get a good deal and save some bucks.”

“Pani pooris we were good. Must try! We also tried the egg dish Soorati Ghotala and it tasted like pav bhaji with grated boiled egg white. We were not a huge fan of the dish but if you like pav bhaji you could give jt a go. Service was swift.”

“First time we went in for the dine in option. Got a lunch meal deal with a naan, poppadom and drink. Really decent sized servings, a broad variety of dishes to try including south Indian. Don't expect a fancy dine in restaurant but the food is delicious! Recommend the lamb madras and the veg or lamb biriyani.”

“I go to Manurewa a few times to visit relatives. Every time I always ALWAYS make sure I make a quick stop to order a butterchicken with nan and rice. I have tried other Currys on the menu aswell and they are all very delicious. Compared to other butter chickens in other shops, this one has a more richer and mild taste which i am very fond of.”
