“Went in and had a few drinks. Luvd the vibe. Super friendly staff and patrons.”
“Wow !! What a wonderful surprise today when we randomly selected Vino Vino for lunch on our day trip to Waiheke. Our random choice was due to the incredible views. From the start to the end the service, meal and attention was first class. We have been fortunate enough to eat at some incredible restaurants throughout the World and would have to rate this establishment right up there. The food was faultless with a perfect combination of ingredients.Connie and staff…congratulations.”

“3rd visit 21.6.25. Food still excellent. Service great, food arrived quickly and beautiful presentation. Went for sons birthday. Food was great. Son loved curry special. Loved the steaks. Great portions. Bit of a drive from Auckland central but atmosphere made up for long drive.”
“Absolutely the best place, love the vibe and service, have had multiple friends hold their functions here and it is always top notch, ohh and the nachos and pizzas are the best in my opinion.”
“Awesome cafe in Howick. We ordered the Beef croquettes, Salmon Eggs Benny and a simple Cheese Toastie. All came out hot and at the same time. All were delicious, especially the Croquettes. My only negative was a few things I originally wanted were not available. We will be back”
“Amazing food and service. Every dish we ordered was delicious and the service was impeccable. Thanks for an incredible evening and memorable food. Look forward to coming again ☺️”
“We live near the Auckland CBD and it took less than 20 minutes to get to this beautiful estate. The food was beyond delicious. I’m not a very experienced wine drinker, so I went with one of the wines the server recommended (pinotage) and it was a great choice that paired well with what we ordered. The service was excellent and the venue was lovely. Would absolutely recommended to any couple looking for a great lunch to be enjoyed outdoors (as we did) or indoors if the weather isn’t as nice as it was today.”
“Love this king's plant barn, especially for the kids. The only downside is that we wouldn't be able to use the playground during winter ! But other than that it's such a nice place and wish the other king plant barn were just as cool !”
“Generous helping of food Nice coffee”
“Very clean and stylish Cafe. Good coffee. Was the only couple there on a quiet Saturday morning. Great vibe and food was great will definitely be back.”
“Lovely bakery! We got fresh breads and a lolly cake! We may have to be back for a pie!”
“Great coffee ☕️ highly recommended this place, small cafe but don’t let that put you off. Well worth the stop”
“I have been going to the Little Oven for my coffee fix during the week and Saturday morning for so many years. Muffins are yum, a couple of savory options and 3/4 sweet and scones. A selection of sandwiches, salads, quiche and vegetarian pies (you'd swear you were eating meat), sweetcorn pies mmmm. The usual selection of s/m/l coffees, Teas, Hot Chocolates all moderately priced. A coffee card stamped at each purchase and get yourself a free muffin after 5 or 10 drinks. Today Pumpkin Soup was on the menu, delicious. I've also asked for dumplings at times. Ni need to cook dinner They don't charge a surcharge on public holidays, you can ring in an order and drink while you're waiting to get on the motorway at Queenstown Rd or going for your walk or bike ride. Coffee is great, service is great, food is great, location is great. Sit down or takeaway. It's a stones throw from the Waikowai boardwalk and Temanu Reserve. Staff are friendly and cheerful. AAA+++”
“Menu is well thought out but simple, great coffee and friendly staff. Bolognaise on toast is the best I've had in town. Worth a visit for sure!”
“Moist and flavourful carrot cake, great coffee and fantastic service. They did get our coffee order wrong but everything else was so great, it wouldn't stop me going back!”
“Excellent food and coffee. The Avo Smash with poached eggs and a flat white is the perfect brekkie. The staff are all very nice. Having the outdoor patio is an added bonus.”
“Delicious real kiwi breakfast without all the mayo and extras some people can't eat.”
“I absolutely love coming here! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and they make you feel like a valued regular even if it’s your first visit. everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious and really fresh. The pearls are perfectly chewy, and I especially recommend the brown sugar milk tea if you want something a little naughty. The shop is also clean and cozy, making it a nice spot to chill with friends. So glad to have this gem in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!”
“Lovely food! The wait was ages for a slow morning but to be fair it was with the wait. I got pancakes and they were delicious and filling!”
“We love coming here and having the bao buns and burgers. We usually the pork and the chicken bao buns, and the South Westerner (fried chicken) burger which are always so good! The chips are always seasoned well, and the service is awesome. Don't be fooled by the pic, the angle makes the burger look small but trust me it's not. 10/10”
“Always good here. Friendly and good service. Can cater to big groups. Reasonably priced as well.”

“This has to be the best local bar in Auckland! The service is exceptional, with amazingly friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is brilliant—lively, welcoming, and full of good vibes, with friendly local patrons adding to the charm. The beer selection is fantastic, with something for everyone, including some great craft options. The food is simple but absolutely delightful. The three-cheese toasted sandwiches are an absolute must-try, especially at midnight—they’re to die for! Plus, the option to grab fish and chips from the shop next door and enjoy them outside adds a unique, laid-back charm to the place. Perfect for unwinding with friends or enjoying a great night out. Highly recommend!”
“Just had the best Roast pork meal I've ever had , It was rolled pork and the cracking was Devine! Just the care the man took placing the meal was also entertaining! This is a destination A+”
“The food here is AMAZING. Every single dish we ordered was perfection and the smoothies are to die for. We ate so much food as it was so delicious! The service was impeccable. Even though the cafe is not near where we live, we will definitely return regardless as our experience was perfection. Highly recommend!”
“An amazing Vietnamese restaurant in Takapuna✨ If you're craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Auckland, this hidden gem in Takapuna is a must-visit. Nestled at the base of an apartment building on Huron Street, this cozy restaurant offers a true taste of Vietnam right in the heart of the North Shore. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles from the Vietnamese owners, who are not only friendly but also genuinely passionate about sharing their culture through food. As a Vietnamese person myself, I was thoroughly impressed by the flavors, they’re incredibly close to what you'd find back home. The dishes are made with care, fresh ingredients, and a deep respect for traditional recipes. I highly recommend trying the Bún Chả, a classic Hanoi dish featuring grilled pork, vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs, and a flavorful dipping sauce. It’s my personal favorite and a great representation of northern Vietnamese cuisine. Whether you're Vietnamese and missing a taste of home, or just someone eager to explore new flavors, this spot won't disappoint. The ambiance is simple but welcoming, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. Don't overlook this small but mighty restaurant, it's one of the best Vietnamese dining experiences in Auckland.”
“This place is superb! Delicious Panhead craft ales, fantastic food and excellent service! Oh, I nearly forgot the view... Wow!”
Pine Harbour Eatery leans into a simple, bistro‑style approach with tidy execution. Outdoors works well when the weather plays along. Packaging keeps things in good shape to go. Serve sizes show solid value.
“I got the chance to pop into Luna bake house and let me say it did not disappoint, from the coffee to the Pastry’s everything was perfect. The staff were also amazing very friendly and great with recommendations. Can’t wait to go back to this hidden gem.”
