   I usually don’t bother leaving reviews, but being called a “liar” by the business after describing exactly what happened is… bold, to put it mildly. I visited with a friend and the situation was very simple: We stood at the counter, directly in front of the staff member. She looked at us, then chose to ignore us and continued chatting with the seated customers. No greeting, no “I’ll be with you soon,” nothing. After being openly disregarded, we left. That is the entire story. If the business wants to call that “malicious” or “false,” that says more about their attitude toward customers than anything else. Instead of acknowledging poor service, they decided to attack the person who experienced it. Honestly, that response alone tells you everything you need to know. People can decide for themselves whether this is the kind of service they want to deal with.

   I visited this bar with a friend and had a very uncomfortable experience. We were standing right in front of the counter deciding what to order, and the girl at the front didn’t even bother to greet. She clearly saw us but chose to ignore us and continued talking to customers seated at the counter. It wasn’t even close to closing time, but her attitude made it feel like she didn’t want serve us and we weren’t welcome at all. We ended up leaving without ordering because of how dismissive the interaction felt. Also the overall atmosphere was just uncomfortable and the vibe felt super weird tbh - and the service made it worse. Wouldn’t recommend this place, literally the worst local bar I have ever went. Also here’s a message to the manager: PLS hire someone who knows customer service. Situations like this are absolutely horrible and no customer would return for this kind of experience.

   Had an awesome time there lovely staff cool people feel like it’s one of Auckland’s hidden Jems they play all the sport games there too TAB and some gambling machines too, wide variety of cocktails and tap beers had a ball there going back soon
