   Waiheke trip with 7 plus 3 preschoolers. Had a fabulous experience at Vino Vino. We loved the food. Delicious, tasty, flavoursome. The beef skewers and lamb our favorite. The starters all worth trying. Staff were amazing and gave us the seaside table. They were friendly, fast with service and accommodating. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend the dining experience.

   Had an amazing dinner with my family at Vino Vino last week. Was a beautiful evening and we sat out on the deck with a great view of the beach. Had a range of tapas for starters, steak and the patatas bravas for main and chocolate nemesis for dessert and it was all muy delicioso! The place had a very warm vibe and everyone was very friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

   Wow !! What a wonderful surprise today when we randomly selected Vino Vino for lunch on our day trip to Waiheke. Our random choice was due to the incredible views. From the start to the end the service, meal and attention was first class. We have been fortunate enough to eat at some incredible restaurants throughout the World and would have to rate this establishment right up there. The food was faultless with a perfect combination of ingredients.Connie and staff…congratulations.

   My wife and I were on Waiheke Island and decided to have breakfast at Vino Vino. My wife had 2 poached eggs with Bacon and toast. I had the Vino Vino Big Breakfast with 2 eggs, potatoes, bacon and creamy mushrooms. Everything tasted great! I do not generally order bacon, but this bacon was perhaps the most flavorful bacon I've ever had. Service was quick with ready refills of a bottle of cold water for us. We sat outside with a view of the water. While we had breakfast, the lunch and dinner menu look quite good. I recommend Vino Vino for anyone looking for quality food while visiting Waiheke Island.

   I saw all the good reviews then we picked this restaurant. Sorry that we were very disappointed. We ordered seafood chowder, not creamy at all, very watery and the bread was cold. (I had to asked them to toast it) My husband ordered BLAT that made by burger bun and not fresh. I knew we came in just before 11:00am, but we expected a good food at that price. However, the views were good and stuff were friendly.

   Very good experience here in Vino Vino. A little hidden gem in the main part of town. Food was excellent. We ordered a mixed selection of plates to try out. All exceed our expectations. Beautiful relaxing setting with views to the ocean. Clean and spacious yet homely feel all round. Very reasonable price. Definitely a place to come back to if we are on Waiheke again.

   Stunning views and great food!! We shared a pan fried chicken milanesa and a fillet steak with chimichurri sauce. But actually we should had ordered a fillet steak for each because it was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend it! It was the best steak I had in a long time. I would like to thanks Connie and the argentine waitress that served us for being so friendly and attentive!!

   As a late walk-in during the middle of the busy season I wasn’t sure that there would be space available. Luckily there was one table still available despite the full dining room. Orders were taken and when the first plates arrived I thought I may end up going hungry… until an enormous chicken schnitzel was laid before me! Thanks to the giant chook who gave its life for my hearty meal.
