“I don't know what Clare was on about, they are friendly, knowledgeable and if they could do something for someone, they would. I guess, taking something out for someone and accidentally breaking it means they end up with the bill, which is why they don't do it for you, in case you turn around and advise them of breakages. Fantastic people”
