One kind gentleman English guy told to me to call them and said he would get someone to come to my house to put one together. “I don't know what Clare was on about, they are friendly, knowledgeable and if they could do something for someone, they would. I guess, taking something out for someone and accidentally breaking it means they end up with the bill, which is why they don't do it for you, in case you turn around and advise them of breakages. Only had one tool I have brought back, he replaced it and the new one has been flawless, and every time I step in the shop I get great service and he even replaced a 24 inch chainsaw bar for free.
