Also one of the Sox I ordered wasn't in stocks and I was offered great options which meant no inconvenience or cost to me. I went into Atticus thinking it would be out of my price range but the shoes I liked were on sale and the shop assistant was really attentive helping me find the right size. “I popped in here to see what styles they had that might fit a women's size 18. They had at least six to choose from that was suitable for day wear. They had really nice lace dresses too but I wasn't looking for lace. The salesperson was fabulous. I got on really well with her and she listened to what style of dress I was looking for. She knew her stock and she knew what it would look like on - a couple of the dresses looked like sacks when hanging on the rack but looked wonderful on. Wish I could have afforded two dresses as I found it was hard to make a decision! Sadly I returned my dress today after nearly two months and wearing it around 10 or so times. With only three washes gentle washes the fabric pilled & it looked old real quick. The lady was really nice and apologized. I was sad too as it was not up to the standard of quality I have come to expect from Annah over the 13yrs that I've been buying from her. It is being sent to head office for inspection and I will hear in due course whether I get my money back or a credit or the dress back.”

Love the funky cotton shirts & dresses and all my favourite knits are from here, and even the pieces I’ve had for years still look sooo good. “Top service in a mail order situation. My wife bought me an island shirt and pareu by mail order. The items were not suitable. One was too small and the other was not cotton - which I prefer. The items were fit for purpose under the Consumer Guarantees Act, my wife had simply not been careful enough when purchasing, so Langi's had no obligation to make an exchange. Perise and Etanah sent me photos of alternatives, which took some back and forth and lots of their time, when the consumer guarantee act did not require them to do. Now I have a beautiful cotton shirt and pareu which both fit me. Faafetai tele lava.”
