   I’ve shopped here at the start of each season for years and usually found 2-3 great items for both my husband and I but this recent weekend trip it was noticeable the service has really dropped. I was disappointed to learn that Janice is no longer there as she was always so accommodating and gave great style advice. It’s a shame as this was one of the last stores in Wellington offering high-quality NZ-made clothing with consistently good customer service.

   Unfortunately, I can't agree with the good reviews. I bought a jumper for over $200 from Merino Mink and treated myself to something. I asked if I could expect the quality to match the price and that I have had bad experiences with merino jumpers as they get pilling quickly. I was told that it was a blend of merino and opossum, which should prevent the pilling. After wearing the jumper once on a short walk, it was already pilling... I am speechless. I thought okay, then I'll only wear it at home as a cosy jumper from now on, but it also pilled on the back from leaning against the couch and under the arms (and that after a day of doing nothing at all the second time I wore it...). When I bought it I said that I was passing through and couldn't come back for an exchange if the quality was poor (once you get the receipt and read it, however, you find out that the shop doesn't give exchanges or returns, which is interesting given my bad experience). What a pity. I can't even do anything and have lost a lot of money.

   Untouched World sells amazing clothing and accessories. I got a scarf from there and its so comfortable and keeps you warm in winter. They also sell face masks which are comfortable to wear and keep you safe from germs. Their products are of great quality and well-made. In addition, their customer service is excellent and they offer great value for money. Al in all, Untouched World is a great choice if you looking for stylish and practical clothing and accessories.

   Lovely sales staff. Really welcoming and helpful. The shoes I wanted weren't available in my size at that store. Voila, next day they were delivered to my front door. Love the wool sneaker Sox too.
