Very pleased with the customer service! They have a lot of Birkenstocks, Although I didn’t buy anything the girl at the front was a great listener and even offered to order a pair of Birkenstocks in for me from another store! Will definitely go back next time I’m in Wellington
Checked out similar style of shoes at other stores but they were synthetic leather so decided to visit Pat Menzies. Friendly, accommodating staff and great customer service overall. Decided to purchase a pair. Will visit again!

Amazing experience with Shiloh today. I was looking for a specific pair of shoes that weren’t available at this location, however, Shiloh quickly located the shoes at another store and arranged to have them sent to another location for me. Her friendly attitude, patience, and dedication to making sure I got what I needed made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service.
