   Was getting a script organised via phone on behalf of my grandma. The female who I was speaking with was not pleasant, she was very short and rude. English is my grandmas second language, it makes me wonder how she would have treated her? You know who you are. Probably not a morning person? This is not a reflection on all staff here, as I know there are a few that was amazing here. A shame how one person can change your view!

   Woburn Pharmacy has always had high standards for professionalism and excellent, caring customer service. Definitely the best Pharmacy around. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for any Chemist needs. Its so nice to be treated as an individual, by name and with prompt caring service. Their advice is based on qualified knowledge and experience. You can't beat that. I am not the only one who has been going to Woburn Pharmacy for a long time. Its that important thing called trust and a friendly welcome. The staff are consistently professional and are ready to help. Take a bow Woburn Pharmacy, setting the bench mark.
