We have 3 dogs. All come with different needs and one in particular is deaf and not good with other dogs. Tracey is great and reassuring, Had great communication from her throughout our month long holiday in Europe. That kept our reactive deaf boy away from other dogs while ensuring he still had an amazing time!
My dog has very specific issues and has been refused at another kennel. She stayed at The Dog Bach for 4 days and was settled and happy when I picked her up. The staff had taken wonderful care of her and really went the extra mile to make sure she was safe and content. I think The Dog Bach are a real gem.
Our doggos spent the weekend at The Dog Bach, and they had a wonderful time. The staff share photos on their Facebook page during the stay, and provide a detailed run down on how they went when you pick them up. Very dog-focused, which we really valued. We will definitely book here again and would highly recommend.
Haven't been yet but as we are going to pick up both our new puppies next weekend we will definitely be training them and bringing them here during our overseas trip. I loved all the reviews and look forwarded to bringing our beautiful babies to use :) can't wait to meet the team.
I have been taking my girl Maggie to Dog Bach since she was little. Tracy and her team are all wonderful, kind, and caring and I have never worried about leaving Maggie in their care. Communication is excellent and prompt. Book early as this is a smaller kennel, but well worth the drive out to Mākara. Best kennel in Wellington!
Excellent service - they went above and beyond expectations - and reasonably priced. My dogs came away in a playful, happy mood, and I will certainly be using their services again. Recommended.
What a lovely place. The team are wonderful, and the facilities are excellent. I just wish Fred was a bit more happy to come home when I pick him up. He might be having too much fun at Doggy Camp.
