   Amazing service. I'm sick at home with our family isolating. The chemist was so kind and dropped off my prescription after work on Friday night. Highly recommended. I bet the 'free prescription' chemists wouldn't do that. Another good reason to support your local chemist.

   Pharmacist is so rude and won't even respond to emails! He even asked me why I wasn't wearing a mask, and I told him that I've got a medical exemption!

   Staff aren't outright rude but seriously pedantic and misinformed. I had to have scripts amended verbatim before they would fill them and often would change their minds about what I'm allowed on my scripts to be subsidised. Government determines what I'm subsidised for, not you, not the pharmacy. Go elsewhere.

   The staff here are great. They are really helpful whether you're using the posting service or the pharmacy side of things. There's a room to use for addressing your items to post as well. The pharmacists give excellent advice so use their knowledge before you make a purchase.

   Have always been well looked after at this Pharmacy the staff here are so knowledgeable I feel very comfortable and confident discussing any health issue with them and for more serious or personal matters the Pharmacist is more than happy to take the time away from his work and have a private consultation with me. I have built a great relationship with these people and they even know me by name and am always greeted with a smile and friendly hello when I enter. I feel like a valued customer! Won't go anywhere else. Thank you to the amazing team at Newlands Pharmacy!
