βI only found one fault . The Wellington water was not nice to drink . Everything else was well above standard .the service was way above average .the $100 deposit was refunded in 2.5 minutes . It's a quiet place where no one makes a fuss . Extremely happy to recommend this place to single people or family's.β

βI just wanted to say that the very kind lady who took my reservation and then later understood the jam we were in was so flexible and forgiving I just had to give her a glowing review. βhave stayed here twice now, and its now my go too. the staff are friendly, the rooms are a great size and have everything you need, Easy check in, nothing is a drama. Its walkable to everything, lower hutt shops, station village pub. close to motorway, even tho you dont hear it, theres no staff walking round, its quiet, My daughter who is 9 loves it. We have booked 1 bedroom apartment twice, it feels very homely. the only thing bad i could say is maybe a bit more attention to detail on cleanliness, but that is me OCD, its very tidy overall.β

βI dont know what the other reviewers got but our room has a new bed very clean bedding, it's very clean, kitchen and bathroom are well appointed. Very quiet esp on a Saturday night. Good parking outside our unit. Yes we had to pick up key at 95 Hutt Road abt 5 properties away that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. This is a budget accommodation and very very nice for what we paid and rated accordingly against thatβ
