   New carpet didn't hide dirty windows ,dusty sills, mould in bathroom, dirty stove top. Booked through booking.com and paid deposit, then recharged another deposit on getting key so hopefully that will be rectified. Could be really nice with some elbow grease and a thorough clean as in a great location.

   Highly disappointed in this motor lodge. Possibly the worst we have stayed in. Firstly, on arrival I went to put food in the fridge and it had an awful stench. Found the fridge was turned off with off milk pottles in there. The room had not been cleaned properly there are leftover food marks on the walls and there was a couple of dead bugs in the bottom of the shower aswell as debris and mould marks on the shower walls. Leftover noodles on the bench by the cracked wall plugs. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and looked broken at first glance with a downwards tilt on the head end. Sitting on the bed feels like you touch the hard base beneath and very very thin pillows. Had a terrible sleep. After 1 night we went out for the day only to come back & find the bathroom floor was all wet. We found the toilet was leaking and very loose. When we rung multiple times all we got offered was to change room & that there was no upgrade or any compensation. Extremely upset with this stay especially being on Christmas Day and will not be booking here again.

   I dont know what the other reviewers got but our room has a new bed very clean bedding, it's very clean, kitchen and bathroom are well appointed. Very quiet esp on a Saturday night. Good parking outside our unit. Yes we had to pick up key at 95 Hutt Road abt 5 properties away that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. This is a budget accommodation and very very nice for what we paid and rated accordingly against that

   Grotty rooms. The sheets and blankets hadn't been changed. The blankets had snot stains all over them. Bogeys on the wall. There was also mushrooms growing in the shower. Really disgusting. Do not recommend

   Only stay if you like biting insects in your bed! Had to leave and forfeit a night and they didn't offer to come and look in the room with us, never apologized and in fact didn't seem at all concerned. Also refused to refund and said they investigated after we left and that the room was fine and that the fridge worked (which I had also reported aside from a light on and making loud noises it was warm on the inside). The booking agency took their word for it even though we sent photos of the state of the bed and what we found. Absolutely appalling! This place needs to be closed. I am reporting to the local authorities I suggest other guests do also. Take note they have also changed their name on their check in motel and the big building in the photos doesn't even appear to be part of this business. Oh they also overcharged my card on arrival. Not a professional business.

   When we arrived at reception office there was a sigh saying we had to go to another Motel to collect the key. Eventually got bad to the room and unpacked the car. Opened the fridge to put some stuff in and the stink that came out nearly blew me away. The drain tray under the freezer compartment hadn't been emptied for what seemed forever and was full to the top of dirty stagnant water. The bathroom was well beyond use by date with the sink stained, the hand towel rail was filthy and the shower door was growing at the bottom with the rubber all perished. Spent 1 night and complained to the cleaner next morning after my semi invalid husband nearly fell trying to get out of the shower. The curtain at the kitchen window only covered half when pulled closed at night and the bottom was in the sink. When I booked the room I stated he was an invalid but they didn't seem to notice that. We were upgraded to a Motel (also owned by them) further up the road. Will never go there again. This was supposed to be a 4 star Motel

   One room was lovely but the other room was Grose. Water had leaked all through carpet and it stunk. The Hotel owner was kind enough to change our room and ended up staying in a three bedroom house. Good service

   A few years ago this place was fantastic, but a change in ownership and this place is now a dump. Kitchen light not working , TV on its way out, room dirty, Daily servicing non existent and had to go to Dupont motel to ask for fresh towels, Manager of Dupont motel advised the cleaners must have forgot to service the room, they must have forgot to service a few other rooms also as other guests were complaining also. Lesson learnt wont be booking here again.

   Here goes.. Cleanliness in bathroom - 4/10. There was half a toilet roll and an old soap left in shower. Cleanliness in Kitchen - 3/10. There was rubbish left in the bin from previous stayer, there was one small tiny carton of milk (usually 4-6) and the cutlery had organic matter left on it with the jug still full and warm, Cleanliness of sheets.. 2/10. Beds conmfotable,BUT there was a yellowish stain on the sheet.. *gag Although the beds were made, they looked used.
