   I am gobsmacked with the customer service I have receieved from Kim recently. I have been a loyal and promoting customer since they opened in central Lower Hutt. After a poor cut and full shave down (which I wasnt told in advance about) about 10 months ago, and turning up to an appointment (and turned away) which Kim didn't end up having in her system despite it coming from her system), and little to no flexibility for pickups for working parents for fear of being told off, I decided to take a small break from regular grooms to try my own hand at grooming. I tiered of this quickly. When I tried to rebook last week, I was slapped with a $50 'no show' fee that I knew nothing about before she would accept my booking and then rudely blamed me for the no show and missing other appointments. What???I knew nothing of them!!??! Turns out there were NO missed appointments at all, the new system they put in place clearly had made errors as they didn't align with my calendar bookings....no phonecall or email to ask what may have happened or to seek to understand the problem, no apology, just blame and then told not to return. Wow...I am totally blown away... Kim, I highly recommend you take a moment to review your customer service standards.....

   I’ve been taking my little girl Button to Lord Billingtons for over 3 years, she adores the staff and she always looks extra cute after a groom. I find them easy to deal with and the dogs that come through their doors get all the love and care that you want for your own dog. Button and I highly recommend Lord Billingtons for dog grooming services.

   Kim and the team at Lord Billingtons do such a lovely job of grooming Bella and Archie. They always come out looking, smelling and feeling great! They are well cared for when they’re there and I trust them explicitly with my babies. Having Saturday appointments is great, as I can’t get there during the week. The text and email reminders are also super helpful! Especially when you’re busy and have forgotten to pop the groom date in your calendar!

I’ve not had a dog before that needs regular hair trims and Kim and the team are great at answering my questions and making sure I understand what he needs and how to care for him between grooms.    Kim and the team are amazing! My rescue dog has some strong opinions about being groomed and not all of them are helpful. Kim is so patient with her, sometimes staying late to accommodate our issues. It is not exaggerating to say, we would have no idea what we would do without you. Thank you so much for all you do.

   A lovely, professional dog groomer who cares. After 1st visiting a different groomer and having some issues, I decided to try Lord Billingtons. Kim is natural with dogs. She is patient and empathetic with my puppy, who hates having his nails cut. He looked and smelled gorgeous after an hour at Lord Billingtons. I won't be taking him anywhere else from now on.
