“Went today Mondsy 23. Fir a MRI. Was extremely nervous as I m extremely claustrophobic. We convinced that even with anxiety pills I would no be able to go through with it. But was talked through it .advised that my fears were not unusual. And my feeling ashamed was ok, but not necessary. “Such a long trail and have to climb up the mountain to reach the upper lighthouse of pencarrow. Lots of awesome trails with views of the beach, mountains and green landscape. Biking is the most recommended option so as to cover a lot of stuff around and enjoy all the views from the top.”
