   We had a fantastic time at [Hut indoor sports] The play area is clean, safe, and full of fun activities to keep kids entertained for hours. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of seating areas for parents to relax. Highly recommend for a great day out with little ones!

   The experience for the kids is pretty decent, however there is a particular member of staff there who is consistently rude, unhelpful and generally just unpleasant to deal with. Mostly, this place is fine, but there is a definite sourness looking back at the interactions that several parents were forced to have with this person. Google rules, and a general respect for privacy prevent me from describing/naming the person, except to say, if you know, you know.

   receptionist is extremely rude, asked about prices for a court and she was not customer friendly in fact she came off very patronising. definitely won’t be using these facilities and wasting my money at a place where customers are made to feel unwelcome and a bother. do better

   Haven’t been for about a year, whilst they were severely understaffed the new staff they did have were amazing… They made a real shift to the vibe and overall experience. Matt who was running clip&climb and cyber punk was AWESOME, the kids loved him and haven’t stopped talking about him. He was such a genuine guy who really got into it with the kids making sure they had a great time. Sarah (who I thought was the new manager, turns out was actually on her third day) was such a delight, super friendly, attentive, engaged with the kids and bought a real vibe to the front desk/cafe. The new cyber punk ninja was cool and different to anything in Wellington, cafe food good value and actually good food. Very impressed after years of visits with the new staff.

   Played futsal here, seems pretty well run. Clean and tidy. Cafe seems ok, nice slices, coffee quality a bit changeable though. There's also a kids' playground and trampoline park to keep the wee ones occupied.

   A good choice for groups and friends and even team events. Been here with friends on the trampolines, while I played cricket with colleagues; both were equally good experiences. Facilities are well maintained and the café is nice.

   Great fun for the kids and adults alike, we visited both Jumparama and Mission Inflatable. My kids (aged 7 and 9) thoroughly enjoyed themselves and even I (not so young) had fun playing with them in the foam pit. Big thumbs up from all of us!!

   I play 6-a-side indoor footy here each week - nice big court, good guys in other teams. People who run the centre are excellent and very friendly. The new trampoline park is fantastic, I've bought my kids to play and they love it!!
