“Thank you to the Team at The Dentists Whanganui in particular Jino. I turned up for the appointment with massive toothache and was accompanied by a girlfriend as I was terrified to walk in the door. From the very beginning Jino put a tearful lady at ease and made her very comfortable. He formed a plan for my teeth health and then met with my husband and I to explain every procedure that was recommended and why it was recommended. There was no pressure from Jino to have the work completed. Cut a long story short it took nine visits to Jino and one of those was with sedation. I had 3 extractions, 4 fillings and 6 crowns completed. I could not have done this without Jino’s compassion and understanding. He understood that for some just gathering the strength to walk in the door is going to be the hardest thing they do that day. Throughout each visit Jino was patient with me when I needed a bit of a moment and explained each step as he was completing the procedures. To anyone who has not been to the Dentist in a very long time due to being scared of the Dentist ….. Jino is the Dentist to visit.”

“I must thank Dr Parm for an excellent experience at his surgery. I had a problem with a canine that eventually needed to be extracted and an implant put in. I am a very anxious person when it comes to dentists. However with Dr Parm, I hardly felt the needle when the anaesthetic needed to be injected. He explained everything in a very gentle tone to put me at ease throughout the process. I find this so reassuring and he knew exactly when to allow me to relax my mouth during the entire process.
