I had an amazing experience at this clinic. The staff were so welcoming & Emily, my nurse, was so gentle, helpful, & reassuring. I felt so safe & well taken care of the entire time - highly recommend!!
The staff are super friendly and my nurse took great care of me. I've been here twice for the depo injection. I have a huge phobia of needles, but they made sure I was comfortable and let me set the pace of my appointment. I'll be recomending them to my friends.
On Monday I had the best ever appointment I’ve had with Family planning all because of a lovely nurse named Emily highly recommend her she’s such a vibe and extremely gentle ☺️

after having an appointment I had waited for test results to come back to me. On multiple occasions I had called to follow up and they had delayed it saying that the nurse is busy and will call me 2 days later. a week and a half has gone I have had no phone call and have been asked to wait another day to be spoken to about my results. this is the second time I have had a bad experience here and will never be coming back
I've had two appointments here. The first nurse was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable. My second experience wasn't so good. They were 22 minutes late, didn't acknowledge or apologize. My appointment lasted 15 minutes. The main reason I wasn't happy was, I wasn't given proper information to help me make an informed decision. I didn't get offered all of the options and didn't get told the effectiveness of treatment, I wasn't sure if the treatment would effect my current contraceptive. I asked for pros and cons of two options and didn't feel I was given a proper answer. I walked out not really knowing anything about the treatment.
