   Terrible experience - place fell apart after Sally left and I was having issues with chipping and staining on the newly done composite bonding I had done and despite many attempts to get this rectified, Sally left and staffing issues meant nobody followed through for nearly 18 months - then I was told too much time had lapsed (no fault of mine) - but she'd 'look' at them. Upon visiting, the dentist was rushed and abrupt and not very helpful, I asked if she could at least polish them as the staining was so bad. She then polished my teeth, and I told her one now felt sharp and brittle, but she just ignored me. The next day I woke up and the entire portion of bonding I'd paid $400 per tooth for had snapped off. I went back to the dentist with this so she could fix it, only to hear that she was a) refusing to rectify the issue and b) would not even fix the tooth she'd just damaged. All in all this cost me $1500 bucks long saved for and the second opinions I've had said it was poor standard work to begin with. Lots of businesses struggled through covid - but this is unacceptable. If you want quality work and aftercare, be warned that this is not the place to go.

In more recent times Sally has attended to my dentistry requirements, also with absolute professionalism and skill. Sally shows a genuine interest in her patients, something I really appreciate. Sally is supported by Rachel, my hygienist, who provides me with sound advice and expertise. I have no hesitation in providing this team with my endorsement.

   My family and I have been with McKeefry dental for many years and my teeth have never been in better condition than they are now. Their friendly team are always professional and appointments are very efficient with the hygenist and dentist teaming up in the same appointment to check mouth and dental health, so no double appointments :-). The team always seem to run on time and I am never kept waiting. I would thoroughly recommend McKeefry Dental to anyone.
