“Had brunch there for the first time and loved it. For those who aren’t aware, it used to be called Mayfair theatre in the 1900s and you’ll be able to catch some of its history in the cafe. We had the Breakfast Special and it was perfect and a bonus to it was a well brewed coffee. Service was excellent and we exchanged a few chats along the way. The fireplace kept the cafe warm and toasty but not too heated. Lots of street parking available which adds to the convenience. This place also does discounts on the Entertainment Book or First Table bookings.”

“What a treasure! We watched a free theatre at this beautiful theatre. As part of the @kiamaufestival @ Tapere Iti. We were so fortunate to watch the talented Grace O Brien and her mother in this thought provoking performance called Three Strand Braid. The atmosphere was electric, engrossing, emosionaliteit, joyous and heartfelt. We were treated with the most beautiful snacks and wonderful exotic Chai Tea, a wonderful added surprise. Thank you performers. We innerstand your messages. The venue is breathtaking, the staff super friendly, and the bathroom facilities were perfect, I think there was a bar also available. Support this delightful venue.”
