We were served by Jessie / Jessica today she was great. Patient with trying in sandals, friendly and welcoming. She even got me a stool anticipating I could be there a while. It wasn’t until I went to pay (served by another) that they made me aware to comment on service. She’ll make a fabulous nurse
Within minutes of being in the store we were greeted and welcomed by the amazing Hannah. Hannah's ability to communicate and work with my daughter and myself, made the whole process a pleasure. Who would've thought choosing the right size of Dr Martins could be so tricky? For my daughter this took some time. Lots of time! With an abundance of enthusiasm, kindness and patience, Hannah allowed my daughter the time she needed to make a decision, all while sitting on the floor in front of her with a smile on her face. Great service, knowledgable about the products instore and was able to recommended a good jacket. The jacket was reasonably priced if you compare to other commercial brands . Happy with my purchase.
Really neat and tidy shop. All you could ask for in uniforms. The staff really seemed helpful and efficient. Prices are a bit on the steep side imho but options are few
I walked into the Uniform Store overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin. Katie immediately came to my aid and walked my daughter and I through everything she would need for her first year at Queen Margrets College. She was patient and attentive, sharing with us stories of her time at Queen Margrets. Once everything was sized appropriately we went up to the counter where Bailey jumped in to help Katie with all of the items to insure we received everything and were checked out in a timely manner. Both of these ladies made what could have been a daunting task enjoyable. Thank you Katie and Bailey!
Hannah, at the Thorndon store in Wellington was amazing. She was so patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. She made our shopping experience very easy. Highly recommend people be served by her. As I took my time, she never rushed me. She gave honest opinions and she is a great example of someone delivering outstanding service.
