“Outstanding garden with really beautiful flowers. The walkways are clean and easily accessible. Many of the flowers are from the Southern Hemisphere and so for visitors from the rest of the world, it's a really unique experience. Special mention for the bees and birds who aren't really that afraid of humans. A must visit of you love flowers.”

Couldn't believe we had a great 1hr of kid fun. Had great special on for game credit, otherwise we'd never have spent money there.”

“Shout out to our planetarium guide at the 8:30 show last night (Wednesday Dec 3). Greeted us when we arrived. Shared his genuine enthusiasm for the stars and the mission of Space Place. The exhibits space is small/medium, but the quality was quite high and captures the teenagers with us (no small feat!) with the right level of engagement and knowledge share. You can easily spend a couple hours with the planetarium show. I live in Los Angeles and while Griffith Observatory is quite famous, the exhibit quality for kids, teens and adults is superior if you take the time to read the material and enjoy the video/interactive set ups.”

“Wētā Cave is a must-visit in Wellington for anyone interested in Hollywood movies and the magic behind them. The experience offers an incredible behind-the-scenes look at how iconic Hollywood films are brought to life, with detailed props, costumes, models, and displays showcasing the craftsmanship and creativity involved. Seeing the level of detail up close gives you a whole new appreciation for what goes into blockbuster filmmaking. “We recently had my daughters birthday party at this venue and were so pleased with our experience. The staff we very friendly and accommodating for the couple of hours that we were there, always making sure we were happy and looked after, even offering a cake cutting knife and lighter in case we hadn't taken them along with us. The party room was being used for another party before our one began and when the room was ready for us, it was all completely cleaned and tidy, you wouldn't even know there was a room full of kids, food and cake in there before us. The food came out exactly on time and the kids had an amazing time on the playground with such a variety of activities for all ages. Would definitely recommend and am very thankful my daughter had a great party at this location :)”

“We saw Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812. ( 23/4/24 ) And was thoroughly entertained. What a fantastic performance and show! Really fun, a big party onstage. The music was amazing & voices incredible!! The pianist on stage was so clever, playing, conducting, and interacting with the actors too. I enjoyed this so so much and would encourage everyone to go see this really professional, fun modern musical while they have the chance. The theatre is gorgeous and intimate, but with plenty of space. The stage was very easy to see and nice and close. The staff were lovely. I loved everything about it. Thanks for a great night's entertainment, Hannah Theatre, the cast, musicians and everyone behind the scenes of Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812!!!”
