   Great area in front of the beach especially when summer time! There are football area, bbq area (but the bbq grill didn’t work when we are there), toilet area behind the cafe (not too clean but still useable), cafe is nice with various choices of food, ice cream and milkshake. There is small pond with lot of ducks, don’t feed them bread please. We saw tracking area, maybe someday will back to try the track.

   A neat sheltered spot for a picnic with friends the fam. We like to take our cricket set and usually find a few other kids (and old ones) will join in. Café for food options and the walk up to the lookout right above the park is just the perfect length for older preschoolers and up. Take the ferry over from Wellington City and they will let you bring your bikes over to ride along the bays down to Pencarrow Lighthouse too.
