“Dropped in a tyre mid avo with a puncture. They told me to come back about 30 minutes later, it was all done. Have noticed an oil leak and asked some basic questions on what would it cost to put on hoist and identify. Will put money aside for this. I was also told what the common cause of a leak was and if that was the case a ballpark figure, this will help me budget.”

“These guys got a us a new alternator Installed the same day we got it towed there, I had to wait 3 months for an alternator that was coming from mars that never arrived so they credited my money back. I was absolutely shocked that these guys got it fixed in one day. Considering this other outfit said there wasn't any of these parts in the country. Thanks guys”

I'd been to two other mechanics previously for a service/investigation and they'd do the service, start investigating the issue I'd flagged and then just go, meh, looks like a sensor issue. Pit Stop were the first people to actually look past the surface and try to find the fault. They found it and repaired it in the space of a day for a reasonable price. Yeah my car is old enough to drink in the USA but that doesn't mean its issues are just age-related. Cheers pit stop! You'll be my go-to from now on!”
