I got an email response within 20 minutes. Staff are friendly and the parts are a fraction of the price of a big retail chain. Overall experience is top notch.

Had reached out to Hutt City Auto Parts via recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. Gracie (Sales Rep) was lovely to deal with and quick to answer any queries I had before finally agreeing on an order and placing the items aside for collection at a later date. Upon collection Johno (Sales Rep) was just as helpful as the former. Offering me good information and assistance around my various order. Also gave me a couple of peanut slabs for the road. Excellent little place for spare parts like brake pads, suspension, air and oil filters, car batteries etc. Always pleasant to deal with and responsive to phone calls for parts.
