I was service my car in oil Changers on last friday afternoon. when i was arrive to service center on my car dash board engine mark displayed. after they serviced my car they are mentioned their is engine mark on my dash board . after same day night over heat warning mark come and goes my dash board and next day morning when i go to work car was slow down and stop suddenly. but after 1 minute it was re start again and after i came home i was clean hybrid battery fan and warning mark goes and car was looks like no fault and i was drove as usual. but suddenly next day again all the warning marks came on dash board and car was stop on the road and couldn’t start again. i was called AA road service and technician came after he scan the car he was found car cooling system fault in his scanner. after 1 minute he was open boot and show me my car coolen leak on engine side. he was arrange tow my car to garage and they found same problem coolen leak and should replace water pump . after 2 days i got my car repaired and mechanic charged only to replace water pump and they said didn’t indicate any other issues in my car now. now i can see nothing wrong of my car after replacing water pump. That mean last Friday was engine mark show my dash board beacuse of coolen leaking. this is unexpected service in oil Changes lower hutt could not seen coolen leak when they service. Afer next day i was called their office and complained this story and their supervisor was answering me and he told he was cheak my car coolen that time when they serviced. if he cheak it properly how come he not seen this leak ? why then engine warning mark on my dash board ? how come after replace water pump engine warning mark gone ? how come AA mechanic and garage mechanic saying coolen leak only the problem of this car? with out any fault warning marks not display in dash board . how come after they serviced few hours over heat warning mark comes and goes my dash board ? this is 1 st time happen bad incident with oil Changes lower hutt i was service my car since 7 yrs every 2-3 months doing my service. apart of this incident their service was good and customer care service was excellent. hopefully this kind of incident will never happen with oil Changes. thank you
Courteous, fast and efficient service for an ATF fluid change. Very reasonable price too. Happy customer. This is a great outfit for routine fluid change for older cars which are out of warranty. if your cars are until warranty, you may need a dealer service instead.
I’ve had good experiences here before and was really pleased again with how fast and efficient the service was this time — the work was done quickly and professionally, which I appreciate. I originally intended to give 5 stars based on the quality of the service alone. However, I was quite disappointed with the receptionist. She didn’t come across as welcoming or friendly — the interaction felt very artificial. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, that brought the overall experience down for me. Giving 3 stars because while the service team did a great job, customer service at the front desk needs improvement.
Affordable price, $150 for regular service Toyota Prius. Fast service, takes around 15 minutes. Recommended
They were very efficient very professional and reasonably priced. They went out of their way to find a replacement part that was broken .. they even went and picked it up from a parts company while I waited and had a nice coffee. All the staff were helpful and made the process stress free for me . Thankyou
The staff are efficient and courteous. They take their time to explain exactly what they are replacing and bought in two replacement pieces at different prices to ask which one I wanted . They are also quick and the free coffee was a nice bonus
These guys were impeccable, really pleased with not only the end result but also the customer service we received from 3 of the employees in the short time we were there. Pricing is unbeatable, payment options avaliable but most importantly they went out of their way to let us know of additional issues that we had and will need to get sorted from a mechanic. Really pleased with the level of comfort for us and professionalism they displayed whilst providing a great service. Because of those little things, they have gain a regular and we will be sure to pass their details on to family and friends. The free coffee machine while you wait was a great touch too.
I came here for an oil change and a transmission service on two separate occasions, and on each of them, my customer experience has been awesome! Service was impeccable in terms of speed, staff courteousness, and knowledge of the services they offer. Their shop is kept incredibly clean. Prices are competitively affordable. And other than ample parking, you get free coffee and wifi while you wait for your car service to be completed.
I recommend oil changers Lower Hutt. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly. My vehicle had a thorough check over and the windows were washed. Competitive prices too. I required a new air filter but the total cost of the oil change was still below what other places quoted.
