By the time I had the email open another staff member had my online order sitting in front of her. Then she asked if the name on the order was my name which I replied yes. “I think it would have to be the best mitre 10 mega in the county. Im from Auckland but was doing repairs to my house in Tauranga . Your staff are just amazing .especially the two ladies named SHONA & ROBYN .They went out of there way to find every items i needed and also pointed out what would work best . I have a lot more work to do to the house and apartment but will only go to Mitre 10 Mega from now on . Those ladies should have a payrise ! Awesome experience at your store. Cheers Gerry”
