Big white lady with the glasses was so rude to me and my friends who are only young and visiting and she gave no help to out issue and clearly didn’t wanna help anyone. Horrible kick her out or you’ll never be a proper business and a recognisable establishment. My dear friend works for Woolworth and was SHOCKED by how bad it was. Do better.
I was a spectator of an altercation today between the big white lady with glasses and a bobcut, Sandy. She declined 2 people service, declining two people alcohol when they were both showing ID “sorry can’t sell alcohol to people who look under 25” He was 30+, and when he started speaking his home language she became aggressive, telling them to hurry up and pay or she will close and kick them out, (8:48pm) 10 minutes before doors shut. She was clearly racist and denied them service for absolutely no reason. This isn't the first i’ve seen of her being rude, I would rethink having her at your workplace.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I am a type 1 diabetic that was having a low blood sugar and was refused a bottle of wine for my chicken chasseur as evidently I was drunk….very humiliating
I stopped in to your store this evening after work and I found it necessary to give this feed back. While I appreciate staff being friendly, the woman with short hair and glasses at the express checkout came across as more intrusive than helpful. I was clearly in a hurry as I had mentioned, but she repeatedly encouraged my child to scan and/or pack the groceries which, while possibly well-meaning, only slowed things down and Id said no to the idea this made the experience more stressful. The express lane is meant to make things quicker, not more complicated. To make matters worse, she came over again uninvited and held up her hand for a high-five. We don’t know her and frankly, we don’t know if her hands were clean! Sometimes the kindest thing staff can do is give customers space, especially when it’s obvious they’re in a rush. Help is great, but only when it’s asked for and personal space should always be respected. It’s Matariki weekend, and I left the store feeling furious then festive. Just something to consider.

Discussed in fresh choice te ngae rd.. the mangerment do not appreciate there locals.. the images on the wall are nothing less then privacy breaching.. I will be seeking legal action against this business.. If I can I will avoid shopping at this food surplus shop. The manager was rude and uncooperative when I disclosed my concerns. Brillant service very plesant operator on check outs nice man. Everything in store clean fresh well stocked. If i lived near by would deal with them for sure.
I love Fresh Choice. For me, their pork bones are meaty. Their selection of meats are reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly.
