   Has everything you ever need for affordable price. Forget about the more expensive or fancy brands of items! The shoe cabinets, plant stand and plant pots are a few of our favorite purchases.

   Items missing from a click and collect, waited 90 minutes for some to answer the phone and the so called 24 hour online help made me wait over an hour then told me to contact them another way! The worst customer service

   Went in today and the self check out line was wrapped around multiple times. With only 1 poor lady there to monitor the tills. She was helping an elder lady return something and every self check out had a flashing red light. People are getting frustrated. That poor lady will get the backhand of it and over heard she’s the only one rostered to help. You need to hire more staff. You expect people to check out their own items but have no one to help when they glitch out!

   Shockingly bad customer service. You can certainly purchase cheap products so if you just need to be in and out, and are confident that you won't require customer service then it's great but if you actually need to deal with someone then it's really not worth the few dollars you save. Staff are visibly unhappy and this is reflected in how customers are treated, I guess this is partly how they keep prices so low. The fact that the company doesn't respond to any of the reviews speaks a lot to the culture of the organisation.

   I will not be shopping in KMart again, having a guard at the door checking receipts makes me feel like a criminal. Not an enjoyable experience, and I will NOT be repeating it. If you are so concerned about shoplifting then I'd strongly recommend you hire more lovely staff instead of machines. There is one wonderful staff member, a lovely woman who has been there ever since I can remember - she is an absolute gem. Far more valuable than the line of self-serve checkouts that apparently mean we have to be accosted at the door now. Bye!

   By far the cleanest, most organized, aesthetically pleasing Kmart I've ever seen. Items are even sorted by colour in such a nice way. The staff member I met during my visit (Bette) was incredibly helpful and completely made my day. Great job Kmart Bayfair!

   I enjoy shopping at Kmart - Bayfair. Good variety, especially loved the baby wear department. Also nice large bags suitable for any occasion.
