Pretty disappointing going all the way over from PutΔruru only to have the staff have 0 knowledge of a product youβre looking for, having to spend 10 mins while they search the product up on the computer then another ten minutes looking for the product because they donβt know what they are looking for then having to find it yourself only to find that thereβs only two left in the box and you need 50 not the first time either.

Very good service over and above . I bought a waterblaster , had no idea how to put it together and worried being water and power . They assembled it . Can't ask for more than that .

It's a smaller shop and yes it has everything you need. Very convenient with plenty of parking. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. While away from the Mega stores I could still get the light bulbs I was after. And they still have the cheap old Philips ones too lol!

Found what I wanted straight away , the staff member in the paint section seemed a little curt at first however did assist me. βThe staff member at Check Out was amazing β,- so friendly and informative. I think she was amazing ( wish all staff were like her). Overall was pleased to purchase the special light fitting/ shade I brought myself for my birthday - bonus .
