Highly recommend the service and the products. Went through almost all Tauranga furniture stores and found either the quality was not sufficient or the price was beyond a family budget. At target we didn’t have to comprise on quality to find something affordable, with a great partnership with Gem Visa allowing 36months interest free. Yes we had to wait for the stock but it came quicker then anticipated and with plenty of communication throughout the transit process. Very happy with our experience.

I live in Kawerau but was in Tauranga for the day for work. I had found the outdoor furniture that I wanted but hadnt received my Q card in the mail yet so was unable to order online, so I raced down to the Target store vetween meetings with only a 15min window to hopefully place my order and get back to work. Angie was the only staff member on deck that day, and was busy with another customer when I arrived... so I waited awkwardly until she had a sec to come over. I was about to leave, not wanting to push in, and fearing I just wouldn't have time to get anything sorted afterall, but Angie saw me, listened to my story, got the deal up on her computer, got my details, and put the whole order through in about 5mins!!! She was so friendly and helpful, and she stayed so calm all while having multiple customers in store, a phone that kept ringing and me trying to rush things at the same time. I left with my order all sorted, and a big smile on my face, so just wanted to send a massive shout out to Angie. She is AWESOME and a true asset to your organization! Thanks again Angie, and thanks Target!!
Went looking for a new mattress. Taina was informative, ensured selection was easy and made the overall experience a lovely encounter. Made us feel very welcome and will be the first store we go to for furniture from now on.

Management Sucks - Would not recommend for work! I normally don't do this but this had to be done! I had a really disappointing experience with Target Furniture Tauranga's hiring process. After being verbally offered a job, I was continually asked for various documents and mandatory tests every Thursday for 4 weeks. The lack of communication and organization was disrespectful and a waste of my time. When I finally received a call after 4 weeks, I had to ignore it due to frustration and disrespect. I hope that the management team will improve their hiring process for the future, so that others do not have to go through the same ordeal. This is my personal experience, If you are looking for a job don't let this behaviour happen to you because it's unfair and disrespectful!.
We found Target furniture had a good selection in store & computer screen to view other options. The young lady that helped us was excellent wth good knowledge of furniture she was selling. The prices were lower than some other stores we looked in or compared well with similar dining table & chairs we looked at.
