“I entered the store early and knew precisely the shoe I wanted although the size and fitting I needed was unavailable. The guy at the front desk summoned help from the back of the store in the form of Kahi who patiently showed me how to use the instore online ordering facility to order what I was after; he was very helpful and waited until I succeeded. The shoes were delivered the very next day ! How is that possible ? No delivery charge either. Very impressive.”

“Harbour View is the perfect location if you are needing a quiet, convenient place to stay when in Tauranga. The apartment was immaculate. It had two tv's, a couch, lovely beds, large fridge and quaint kitchen. Very good lighting plus convenient power plugs for charging tech devices. Safe parking for the rental car near the reception, with vehicles out of sight from a main road. Very ideal. The waterfront is only a min or two stroll away, there is a seat to enjoy the view. The owner operators were helpful and happy. Lovely apartment interior with a historical exterior.”

“Had an amazing stay in one of the two bedroom apartments this weekend! The facilities are awesome! Shower pressure is great! Washing machine and dryer and dishwasher provided! The pool and spa were such a treat. The place was quiet and even though there were no other vacancies, we didn’t pass a single person on the foyer or corridors. The beds are super comfy and the aircon was lovely as it was muggy over the weekend. A massive thanks to Toni for organising our last minute stay and adding our niece on last minute. She gave us extra bedding for the couch bed and added a small fee. Toni was an amazing host and we felt well taken care of - being from out of town. She was extremely welcoming to us and we cannot wait to come back! We will be back! ♥️♥️”

I was not pressured into any heavy sales pitch, she knows about foot anatomy as well as the shoe science, she brought forward many options, and in the end, I was really glad we happened on Shoe Science, when we were, in fact, looking for the Skechers store. “Had the most amazing experience recently! On the 10th September I went in an was served by I delightful man who was talkative, kind and ultimately talked me into buying a 3 in one girls jacket. Unfortunately my car got broken into that Friday and the jacket was stolen. I rang up to enquire about getting a digital receipt send through and I was greeted by a delightful lady who was so kind and helpful (she even rang me back to make sure I recieved my receipt). I am actually blown away by the outstanding customer service! Thanks guys!!”

“Away from the hustle and bustle of the city which makes you feel relaxed and at home. My daughter is at preschool and we've visited quite a few centers for her but came back to ACG. It is pricey but my child is happy and loved at school as well and i think that is priceless.”
