   Colin was a great help for me finding my first pair of proper running shoes. He went into great depth about styles and fit of shoes and made sure I was comfortable in the chosen pair. He spent a lot of time with me and I really appreciate all the help and knowledge I received. Left with a great new pair of shoes that I can’t wait to break in!

   Excellent service and Super Friendly. Had a pair of runners brought as a gift that I’d been saving and they were slightly big. Keeley was super helpful as they were sold out of the particular model she recommended a pair just as good and comfy with no hassle as I didn’t have the receipt on me and did an exchange there and then. Will be recommending all friends and family to get walking and runners here. 10/10

   Dealt with Jodie, she was great and very informative. Went to other shoe clinics which were also great but this shop had the extra touch. Had an answer for almost any question I had including why I might be getting shin splints. She also heavily recommended running socks which I purchased and have now been a game changer.    Great service from Sam. Have recently moved to Tauranga from Auckland so checked in for a new pair of runners. It felt like the excellent service I had received at Shoe Science Newmarket was transferred to excellent service in Tauranga. My history of previous purchases and needs meant Sam knew just what I needed. So happy there is a Shoe Science in Tauranga. I will highly recommend to my new friends in the Bay of Plenty.

   Kelly was the very knowledgeable and helpful person who listened to my needs, and spent quite a lot of time helping me choose the best shoe for me. I was not pressured into any heavy sales pitch, she knows about foot anatomy as well as the shoe science, she brought forward many options, and in the end, I was really glad we happened on Shoe Science, when we were, in fact, looking for the Skechers store. Very happy with the personal service here .
