   Arrived and was the only client in the shop. No greetings by any of the 5 staff members. None bothered to come and ask if I needed help. Had to come to them and interrupt their conversation to ask for some price. Then the saleswoman didn’t seem to know what size I needed. Which isn’t great for a clothing store. She asked for my name before getting in the changing room. Upon hearing it she froze and made me feel super uncomfortable. I know my French name can be disconcerting but come on.. A bit of decency and courtesy are the bare minimum in any sales job. For the record, the only helpful assistant sounded British. Have to say as a business owner it has been a very very poor customer experience. That made me decide not to purchase in your store and go to the Auckand one. I am not sure I will ever come again. That’s really a shame as i love the brand. Hope that feedback will be helpful. Namaste

   I am a Yoga teacher and have a research and development discount with Lulu. I have a decent collection of your clothes and have bought from Lululemon regularly in the past. However I took my mum in with me to take her shopping after raving about the tights I had just bought, and was really disappointed in the service. The younger, more fit looking customers were getting smiles and great service, however my mother and I didn't get so much as a hello or even any eye contact. They outright ignored us. After shopping around for a bit and feeling very unwelcome in the store, we left. We were looking to spend a lot of money that day to get my mum a great new activewear wardrobe but left feeling like second class citizens.

   Service was great! The staff helped out with the items that I was looking for. Even took the effort to check which other stores has the item I need, and called them to reserve the items for me.

   Terrible service. I was walking around looking and looking and couldn’t find it. Was not greeted once when was walking in. I had to go up to the counter where a staff members were unboxing items and ask if they had what I was looking for. It should take one person to inbox and one to work the floor when there are multiple customers. They all gave us condescending looks when we asked for what we needed (jackets). Immediately left. They didn’t even offer an alternative or even just to skim through what they had to check if it was there. Will not go back again.

   As virgin active wear wearer needed assistance in finding leggings and sizing. But all the sales team were not interested in helping me. I'm very happy with the leggings i eventually brought, but prob wouldn't go back cos of the service.

   I've been into this shop a few times over the last few weeks and haven't had a single positive experience from the staff. One time I asked a staff member a question, and midway through answering she cut off and started speaking with another customer (literally mid-sentence answering a question). She later could be seen on her mobile phone in the middle of the shop. Another time, I asked for a different size while in the changing rooms, and the staff member responded with "we probably don't have it if it's on sale" and started talking to someone else. Didn't offer to look or anything. I responded with "Right well I'll just go and look for myself" which she didn't acknowledge. Will be shopping online with Lulu in the future as I don't want to go back into this store when the service is embarrassingly bad. I also don't think I've ever been greeted when entering this store (though people before me and after me always are).
