“Very friendly and fast service. Not a big store compare to stores in other cities so narrower isles to navigate through. It still has everything that a typical Spotlight shop offers. Ample parking spaces out in front but given this is an old shopping centre site, those parking spaces are small and tight. There are other shops/cafe/Fast food in the vicinity so can get all you shopping done in one go. Overall a pleasant shopping experience and will return again. Recommending for others to visit the store.”

“I went there yesterday for a couple of things I needed. I spoke to a couple of their staff, one at customer service, unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was super helpful. When he realised that what I was looking for is not availablr at that warehouse he gave me some options—places I could go to. Another staff helped me find what I was looking for. It was a good experience for me. They were nice and helpful.”

“Firstly Webster's Tea shop at #7 is a welcome sight with the black/white stripe awning. The Teas are lovely and flavoursome. No bags of dust here but real honest Tea. My favourite being Earl Grey. Next level delicious!! Try some you won't regret it.”

“I come in here to get dried meat sausages which are excellent! There is a good selection of fresh locally grown veges, baked bread from Volare in Hamilton, and the biggest selection of cheeses I've seen anywhere! The food and coffee is great. But what makes it really special is the staff member Albert remembers my name every time I go in - even though my name is quite unusual. Really appreciate the service here. This was a huge help since I live quite a drive from Tauranga. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier and more personal. From the moment I walked in, Annette was warm, welcoming, and made both me and my entourage feel completely at ease. “I came here for fish needs. The variety here is amazing! There is so much to choose from and the guy there that looks after the fish really knows his stuff. Super helpful and happy to answer every question you throw his way. You can tell he takes good care of his stock there in store. The tanks are cleaned and well looked after, the fish are all in healthy condition. Definitely reccomend a visit here for your fishy needs.”
